Agora Partners was hired by Hines to analyze the commercial viability of various operating models for a planned food and beverage outlet in the public realm of its new mixed-use development.

Agora explored ancillary revenue streams that would improve the profitability of the outdoor bar/restaurant, ways the outlet could serve as a unique amenity to residential and office tenants, and how different operating models would affect not only rental income but the tenant and visitor experience at the property. West Edge is currently under construction.
