Description

Agora Partners is advising the Town Branch Fund on the programming, design, and development of Town Branch Park in Lexington, Kentucky. Town Branch Park will be the new nine-acre “town square” for Lexington and sits at the nexus of the city’s most prominent redevelopment projects. The park will be completely funded by its nonprofit developer, the Town Branch Fund. Agora’s current work focuses on advancing the project through its design phase and creating a detailed business plan for the park’s operation, as well as integrating signature public art pieces into the park.
