Symphony Development and Agora Partners acquired a leased 12,500-square-foot postal facility on 1.54 acres in an Opportunity Zone, located one block from the 350-acre California State University - Northridge (CSUN) campus. A complex entitlement process achieved approvals for a mixed-use project consisting of student apartments, street-level retail, and subterranean parking. The project is currently in the permitting process, with construction completion expected in 2023.
