Working under Matrix New World Engineering, Agora created management and programming plans for Neilson Street Park, which when completed will be the primary downtown public space in New Brunswick, New Jersey, one block from the recently-completed New Brunswick Performing Arts Center. The City of New Brunswick is redeveloping a former parking garage into an active, downtown park to serve nearby residents, office workers, Rutgers students and staff, and visitors.

The park will be managed through a public-private partnership that includes the City, nonprofit organizations including Rutgers, and other stakeholders. It is anticipated to open in fall 2023.
