Agora partnered with Design Workshop to provide operations, management, and revenue recommendations for the new Lawn at Brushy Creek in Round Rock, Texas. Agora proposed the creation of clear and distinct responsibilities dedicated to prioritized operation areas. The new management plan utilizes existing Parks + Recreation staff as well as proposes the introduction of new site-specific and program planning roles. The park is expected to become a treasured amenity for Round Rock residents and visitors, and a driver of economic development. Agora created a plan outlining mutiple revenue strategies the park will implement to offset costs to the city.
