• Titletown Development, a subsidiary of the Green Bay Packers

Agora Partners is advising the Green Bay Packers on the ongoing development, activation, and management of Titletown, a new mixed-use development across from Lambeau Field. Titletown currently includes a hotel, microbrewery, four restaurants, and two office buildings; when complete, it will contain two additional office buildings and over 150 residences, as well as additional retail. Agora Principal Ben Donsky has been a member of the design and development team since 2015 (when he was employed by BRV Corp., creating and executing activation and management plans, fitting out the public spaces, and working to generate revenue through food concessions and ticketed winter attractions.
