IQHQ

IQHQ retained Agora Partners to create programming, operating, and management plans for the public realm of the new Research and Development District (RaDD), a seven-block mixed-use development in downtown San Diego. RaDD is a new life science district with over 50,000 square feet of retail, organized around a three-block pedestrian promenade and one-and-a-half-acre park designed by the Office of James Burnett. Agora created a comprehensive plan of amenities, programs, and events to activate RaDD year-round and has been hired to execute and launch public space operations. Agora created staffing plans and integrated them with overall property management plans by CBRE and will train on-site staff in the public realm. Agora also advised on the program and operating model for a signature private event venue in the project.
